Abby is our Operations Manager and one of the people making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at Dr MJ Clinic. She originally joined Smileworks on reception and has since worked her way up to overseeing operations across all three businesses: Smileworks Liverpool, Dr MJ Clinic, and the Aesthetic Training HUB. So it's fair to say she's got quite a lot on her plate!
From managing the day-to-day running of the clinic to supporting the team and making sure our systems are working as they should, Abby is the person who keeps everything ticking along. She's known for being ridiculously calm under pressure, even when there's a million things happening at once. Whether it's sorting out a last-minute problem or keeping everyone organised, Abby somehow manages to take it all in stride.
Outside of work, she's a huge animal lover and has been vegetarian for over fifteen years. She's definetly one of the calmer personalities on the team, which is probably just as well considering everything we throw her way!
