If you've ever visited Dr MJ Clinic, chances are you've already met James (Jay)! He's our lovely Front of House, and usually the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through the door. Whether he's checking you in, chatting to you on the phone, or making sure you've got a tea or coffee in hand, James has a real knack for making everyone feel welcome.
James actually started out ver on the dental side at Smileworks Liverpool, but after spending a few days working in aesthetics, it quickly became clear that our patients absolutely loved him. So much so that we decided that we simply had to keep him!
Now working exclusively at Dr MJ Clinic, James has become a firm favourite with our regulars. He's always ready with a compliment, a good chat, and a little confidence boost before your appointment. Honestly, nobody hypes you up quite like James does!
And here's a fun fact you might not know: before joining Dr MJ Clinic, James was actually a personal trainer! So making people feel good about themselves has clearly always been his thing. Next time you're in, make sure to say hello. Although knowing James, he'll probably have beaten you to it!
